Our pre-employment qualifications are as follows:


  • Must be capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must be able to pass drug/ alcohol testing.
  • Must work well with fellow employees and other trades.
  • Must report to work on time.
  • Must keep cell phone use to break times, emergencies, or work related issues.
  • Must wear proper construction clothing: long pants, sleeved shirts, work boots.
  • Must be able to pass a physical examination
  • Must have a minimum of OSHA 10 training card, or be willing to take the course upon hiring.
