OUR HISTORY

Ramsey Excavating Co. located in Springfield, MO began in 1978 with one machine and Mark Ramsey. The business started doing excavation for local house builders and moved into the commercial market in 1982, with one of its first major commercial projects being an addition to the original Bass Pro Shops. In 1995 the company has diversified by establishing an underground utilities division. Since then the company has grown into a major player in the commercial and industrial site preparation in Springfield and the surrounding areas in the Midwest. A firmly established business, with thirty-six years of experience, we pride ourselves in honesty and a job well done.
